What Does Not Change the Price

People often ask whether a bigger house, a larger loft or two squirrels instead of one costs more. It does not. Squirrel trapping is not priced by room, by floor area or by the number of animals. It is one fixed price for the programme.

It also does not rise if the squirrels are slow to go into the traps. Some programmes finish quickly and some take longer; the figure you were quoted is the figure you pay.

What is not included

What Happens From Booking to Finish

The phone call

You tell us what you are hearing, when, and where in the house. We ask a few questions to rule out other explanations, confirm the price, and agree a first visit.

The first visit

We look at the roofline from outside, then the loft. If it is squirrels, we explain the legal position before anything is set: releasing a trapped grey squirrel is an offence, so anything caught is humanely dispatched. If the signs point to bats or an active bird's nest, which are protected, we stop and advise instead.

The programme

When there is no fresh activity, the traps come out and we walk you through the gaps to close. Every treatment is guaranteed: if the problem comes back within 14 days of treatment, we return and re-treat free of charge.
