Every price we charge, in one place — plus a guide to each treatment explaining what the figure covers and what changes it.
Most pest control companies will not put a price on a website. We think that is the wrong way round: the first thing you want to know is what it is going to cost, and ringing three firms to find out is a waste of your afternoon.
So here is the full list. Every one of these figures is confirmed with you before any work begins.

Fixed prices • No call out fee • No hidden surprises
Most of the list is a single fixed figure. A £90 wasp nest treatment is £90 whether the nest is in a shed or under a roof tile three storeys up. A £120 inspection is £120 whatever we find. £240 ant control, £260 for rats or mice, and £280 squirrel trapping are all one price for the job.
Four are priced differently, and it is worth explaining why rather than burying it.
Bed bugs, fleas, and carpet moths and beetles are all charged at a first-room price with a lower figure for each additional room. That is because these are pests that live in the rooms they infest — the treatment is applied room by room, so the work scales directly with how many rooms are affected.
The first room costs more than the ones after it because it carries the survey, the set-up and the travel. Every room after that is treatment time alone, which is why bed bugs are £220 and then £80, and the other two are £220 and then £60.
Rat and mice proofing is £180 for up to an hour of work, because the job is genuinely measured in time rather than in rooms — it depends on how many gaps there are and how awkward they are to reach. Most domestic properties are dealt with inside the hour. Where yours needs longer, we will tell you what is involved and what it costs before carrying on, not afterwards.
If you know what you have got, go straight to the treatment. If you do not, the £120 inspection is designed for exactly that situation — it identifies the pest, the extent, the access points and the appropriate treatment, and you get it in writing.
A £120 survey that tells you what you are dealing with beats £260 spent treating the wrong thing.
