When we arrive, we find the entrance, confirm it is wasps and not bees, and make sure people and pets are indoors or well away. We tell you what we are using, where it will go, when the area can be used again and what to do with any pets, and we ask you to follow those instructions.
The treatment is applied at the nest entrance. The wasps take it into the nest themselves, which is how it reaches a colony we cannot physically get to.
