A squirrel on your bird feeder is not a pest control problem, and we will tell you so rather than sell you a trapping programme for it.
BPCA's own position is that a pest professional should assess whether lethal control is necessary at all. That is not a formality. Applied honestly it rules a good proportion of squirrel enquiries out.
Tell us what you have seen and where. If the answer is a better bird feeder, that is what we will say.
We ask what you have actually seen and where, because a squirrel in the garden and a squirrel in the roof void are not the same enquiry.
Where the answer is that you do not need us, that is what you will be told. The treatment and the cost are set out before we book you in.
Our current price is £280 fixed cost. There is no call-out fee, and the figure is confirmed with you before anything is booked — never afterwards.
Our Squirrel Trapping cost guide explains what the price covers and what happens on the day, and every price we charge is published on the pest control price list.
Trapping a garden squirrel changes nothing — the space is used by another one within weeks. It is effort and expense spent on an animal that was not the problem.
Written for this area, plus every price we charge. No sign-up, no call needed — read it and decide for yourself whether you need us.

Read the guide →For a good part of the year the adult in your roof space may not be the only animal in it, and that changes everything about how the job is done.
