Mice in a food business are not a nuisance problem. They are a food safety problem, and the standard the work has to meet is different.
Rodent activity in a food setting is one of the things an inspector looks hardest for, and evidence of it is difficult to explain away after the fact. Droppings, gnawed packaging and smear marks all persist and all get found.
A single treatment deals with a present problem. A premises with a delivery door that stands open and a bin store nearby has a continuing exposure, and for that a monitored programme is the honest answer rather than repeated call-outs. Tell us which you need and we will say plainly whether one visit will hold.
On commercial premises we look at the structural routes as closely as the activity, and we document what was found and what was recommended.
Everything is placed in protected locations appropriate to a food setting. Nothing is arranged until you have the treatment and the price in front of you.
Our current price is £260. There is no call-out fee, and the figure is confirmed with you before anything is booked — never afterwards.
Our Mice Control cost guide explains what the price covers and what happens on the day, and every price we charge is published on the pest control price list.
In a food business an undocumented DIY attempt leaves nothing to show an inspector, which is the point that actually causes difficulty — more than the mice themselves.
