And Then the Building
- Delivery and goods-in doors, especially propped open through the working day. A roller shutter with a worn bottom seal is a standing invitation.
- The waste area and the route from it to the building.
- Service and cable entries into kitchens, plant rooms and comms rooms — usually multiple, usually foamed.
- Voids under and behind fixed equipment, which is where they live once in.
