The Electrician

Insulation

Insulation that has been torn up, compacted for nesting and soiled has stopped doing the job you paid for across whatever area is affected. Replacing it is usually straightforward and it is one of the few pest-related repairs with a measurable payback in heating.

A Plumber, Sometimes

BPCA note that grey squirrels contaminate cold water tanks and the attic space with urine and droppings. Where there is an open or poorly covered cold water storage tank in the loft, that is a plumber's question — not ours, and we will say so.

You will get a written report saying what was found and what we would have looked at, and you can get it done by whoever you choose.
